The mission of Galax Elementary School is to provide a variety of stimulating learning experiences that will foster a lifelong desire to learn and encourage the development of responsible citizens who will contribute successfully to a global society.

Galax Elementary is a Pre-K through fourth grade school with roughly 560 total students. There are 75 staff members that work very hard to ensure that we provide the best and safest learning environment for all our students.
